RHS Events 2022

I have the greatest pleasure to announce my participation in some of the major events of the RHS this year.

In my cookery demos, I will show how to use plants, herbs and flowers in vegan pastry.

Beyond lavender and jasmine, I will talk about lesser-known plants, their description, history.

I will present unusual combinations in herbal teas : nettle/blackcurrant, apple and elderflower…

I will introduce some unexpected plants: the poppy flower and poppy syrup.

Create a bridge between Plant-based pastry and the RHS Shows means a lot to me, a dream come true, a huge step forward in vegan pastry!
