RHS Events 2022

I have the greatest pleasure to announce my participation in some of the major events of the RHS this year.

In my cookery demos, I will show how to use plants, herbs and flowers in vegan pastry.
Beyond lavender and jasmine, I will talk about lesser-known plants, their description, history.

I will present unusual combinations in herbal teas : nettle/blackcurrant, apple and elderflower…

I will introduce some unexpected plants: the poppy flower and poppy syrup.
Creating a bridge between Plant-based pastry and the RHS Shows means a lot to me, a dream come true, a huge step forward in vegan pastry!

LAST BUT NOT LEAST:

I am very proud and honoured to announce I will be the first Vegan Pastry Chef to give a Masterclass as part of the Wisley “Courses and Workshops”.

SATURDAY 10TH DECEMBER 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm “Vegan, plant-based Christmas desserts”
Venue: RHS Garden Wisley, GU23 6QB

In this demonstration, I will present three desserts:
A Blondie Christmas boot with white chocolate, cranberries and mint.
A Christmas cheesecake with pomegranate and poppy flower.
And, of course, the unmissable chocolate yule log.

I’m sure the tasting will convince you that plant-based, vegan desserts are easy to make, taste yummy and look fantastic.

Take A Look At My Online Courses

Take a look below at my growing catalogue of online courses, there is a course for all abilities.

MY NEW TOP SELLING BOOK - Vegans Deserve Better Than a Fruit Salad. Filled With 60 Yummy Recipes.

Vegans Deserve Better Than a Fruit Salad is an informative, humorous, idea-inspiring cookery book like no other.

Inspired by classical and iconic desserts from the UK and abroad, it covers the main fields of pastry – buffets, plated desserts, petits fours, birthdays… Classical English desserts will have a place of honour. A modern twist will bring them to the front of stage, from an Eton Mess to a sticky toffee pudding.

A special attention is brought to the basics of vegan pastry too often neglected in the existing vegan cooking literature: sponges, creams, pastries, meringues, chocolate…

Definitely one of the few cookbooks treating of Vegan Pastry with a professional approach, accessible to anyone.
