Vegan Afternoon Tea Club
Through my meeting and talking with clients and people attending my cookery demos I discovered that we are losing the art of cooking and baking!
People spend more time watching cookery TV programmes than baking themselves.
In my demos I have been asking:
“When was the last time you baked from scratch? “
“When was the last time you baked with your son or daughter?”
The answers are not positive.”
Featured in various magazines, present at the BBC Radio 3 Counties, my challenge is to bring back the love for vegan baking!
This is why I launched my Exclusive Vegan and Gluten-free Afternoon Tea Clubs.
I propose themed afternoon teas to include the following classic desserts:

Oh my Gosh folks,
I went for a gf vegan aft tea yesterday and it was INSANE. Literally some of the best food I’ve ever eaten!
There’s no way anyone would ever be able to tell that it was either vegan or gf! It was just perfect!
You know how gf bread is usually pretty gross? I actually preferred this bread to anything else!
Honestly, I could eat the entire menu again today!
